AVA Labs, an upcoming open-source platform for launching interoperable and scalable blockchains, announced this week that it will be integrating price and data oracles from ChainLink (LINK).

According to the recent announcement, ChainLink’s more than 30 DeFi price feeds for a range of asset classes, including cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, commodities, indices, and more will be available on AVA.

“By bringing Chainlink’s oracles into the network, AVA’s contract chainā€“a highly-scalable implementation of the Ethereum Virtual Machineā€“will be at parity with almost all of the key Ethereum tooling that has fueled DeFiā€™s growth to-date, including MetaMask, Web3.js, Remix, Truffle Suite, and Embark Platform,” states AVA Labs in the announcement. “Web3 developers will be able to seamlessly leverage price data within their decentralized applications in real-time.”

AVA is gearing up to launch in the coming months and is currently running the Denali Incentivized Testnet, the final phase of testing before AVA’s mainnet launch. Since launching the testnet last week, more than 500 participants have joined as validators.
