Bitfinex, one of the world’s most popular cryptocurrency exchanges, and its Ethereum-based decentralized exchange, Ethfinex Trustless, are now offering the six leading stablecoins.

According to the announcement, USDC, True USD, Paxos, and Gemini USD will now be offering alongside Tether and Dai.

This news comes a week after Bitfinex enabled fiat-Tether trading on the platform through the addition of USDT/USD and EURT/EUR trading pairs.

The listings bring Bitfinex in line with other major crypto exchanges in bringing a full suite of stablecoin offerings to their platforms. Most recently, Binance, the world’s most popular crypto exchange, announced the renaming and expansion of its Tether market to USDⓈ, which now includes a variety of popular stablecoins with an expanded assortment of trading pairs.

The decision to list additional stablecoins may help improve public opinion of Bitfinex’s co-management of Tether, which has been called out in the past for allegedly impacting the larger cryptocurrency market.
