Bitmain, a leading ASIC chip maker and crypto mining hardware manufacturer, has released two new internet routers, the R3-DASH and R3-SIA, that passively mine Dash (DASH) and Siacoin (SC), respectively.

The R3-DASH miner, which is going for $58, is optimized to mine Dash via the X11 algorithm. According to the product listing, the RS-DASH have enough processing power to hit a hash rate of 300M/s ± 5%, which equates to around 0.000189 DASH per day ($0.03). Bitmain notes that it can also be used to mine other X11 coins, but they do not guarantee the same performance as when mining Dash.

The R3-SIA miner is also available for $58 and specifically tailored to Siacoin’s blake (2b) algorithm. According to the product listing, the RS-SIA pushes a hash rate of
11.54G/s ± 5%, which equates to around 2.948547 DASH per day ($0.02). Similar to R3-DASH and the X11 algorithm, the R3-SIA is able to mine all blake (2b) cryptocurrencies, but the efficiencies again not guaranteed.

The company says it will ship the miners out within ten working days and purchases can be made with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin.

DASH and SIA are currently ranked 13th and 37th, respectively, in the AltDex 100 Index (ALT100), a benchmark index for large-cap cryptocurrencies and tokens.
