Billionaire Elon Musk revealed on Twitter this weekend that Tesla (TSLA) is currently in the process of porting numerous video game engines to bring popular titles to the in-car touchscreen.

In his series of tweets, Musk claimed that Tesla will soon finish porting Unity, a cross-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies that is currently used by more than 25 different platforms, including the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Tesla’s CEO did not stop there. He also indicated that he would be porting the Unreal Engine, a game engine developed by Epic Games that is currently the backbone of the popular Battle Royale title Fortnite.

“[You will be able to] interact with games via touchscreen, steering wheel buttons and Xbox/[PlatStation] controllers,” said Musk, who also wants to see racing games use the actual car’s steering wheel and pedals… since that won’t end badly at all.

Whether these developments are actually in the works has yet to be publicly confirmed, however, Tesla investors will likely not find these games all that amusing as the company’s stock continues to fall.
