Enjin Coin (ENJ) has seen another meteoric surge in price today after the project, which is building a decentralized ecosystem for gaming, confirmed an official partnership with Samsung Electronics (SSNLF).
As we previously reported, initial speculation helped drive up the price of ENJ, and numerous other altcoins, after images circulated suggesting the Samsung Galaxy S10 will come with built-in support for the Enjin Wallet.
The latest confirmation was enough to send ENJ skyrocketing around 70% to $ 0.19829, leading the AltDex 100 Index (ALT100), a benchmark index for major cryptocurrencies. ENJ is now up over 160% in the past week and 627% over the past month.

On Thursday, Enjin revealed that the Testnet version of its Blockchain SDK is coming to the Unity Asset Store on March 14, just in time to demo it at GDC (March 18-22), one of the largest gaming industry events. The release will allow the 4.5 million developers using Unity to deploy in-game blockchain assets across 25+ supported platforms.
To finish off the eventful week, Enjin announced a major update to the Enjin Smart Wallet on Friday, along with a giveaway to engage their network of 20 million gamers with exclusive ERC-1155 tokens.
“With this update, your favorite blockchain asset wallet has gotten even more feature-packed, with reveal codes, device notifications for inbound Ethereum-based cryptocurrencies and assets, the ability to set notifications for watched wallets, several updates to the in-wallet token swap system, and an updated transaction page,” said Bryana Kortendick, Enjin’s lead social media and content manager.
The new reveal codes will enable game studios, retailers and other businesses to send ERC-1155 tokens to their users and customers with hidden messages via the Enjin Beam QR system. This ultimately will fuel Enjin’s upcoming token giveaways.
As Enjin pushes innovation to a new frontier, the opportunities for #blockchain adoption are ready to hit boiling point. The #EnjinWallet now features a Beam reveal code system, push notifications & new token swap options.
