HBUS, a US-based crypto exchange and the strategic partner of Huobi, has purchased a billboard in San Francisco — becoming the first digital currency exchange to launch this type of ad campaign, according to the announcement.
The billboard, which stands less than 3 blocks from Coinbase’s headquarters, depicts the ‘evolution’ of cryptocurrency exchanges with the iconic Homo erectus to Homo sapiens progression, where Wall Street is shown as the earliest man and HBUS as a step above Coinbase.

According to the accompanying announcement, the billboard is located in the busy San Francisco corridor of 3rd Street, between Mission Street and Market Street in the downtown.
Perhaps more importantly, HBUS announced a campaign to eliminate all trading fees throughout the rest of 2018.
“There’s no question that digital assets have taken its share of hits this year,” said HBUS CEO Frank Fu. “We wanted to give crypto traders a break when it comes to the high fees they regularly have to pay when trading on other exchanges. It’s time American traders are given freedom and more options when it comes to what they want to buy when it comes to digital assets.”
HBUS launched in July and now offers 12 digital currencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC), in addition to 35 trading pairs. The exchange plans to soon start listing two tokens every week for an indefinite period.
