Blizzard (ATVI) has revealed the streaming details for this weekend’s upcoming StarCraft II World Championship Series Winter Round of 8, which features pro players from both Europe and the Americas.

According to details shared with SludgeFeed, the upcoming series will allow all players to compete within their respective regions in a best-of-three, round-robin format. From there, the top 6 from each region will enter into a regional gauntlet playoff bracket. The playoffs will be taking place live and in person on April 6 and 7 at the Blizzard Arena Los Angeles.


This weekend’s play starts at 10:00 AM (EDT) on both March 23 and 24. The only difference being that Saturday will feature 4 rounds of Europe and 3 rounds of America and Sunday will be the reverse.

The WCS Winter Round of 8 will be broadcast live on the StarCraft Twitch channel with Ravi “feardragon” Pareek, Nathan “Nathanias” Fabrikant and Geoff “iNcontrol” Robinson.
