Trust Wallet, a mobile cryptocurrency wallet that supports Ethereum and over 20,000 different Ethereum-based tokens across the ERC-20, ERC-223 and ERC-721 standards, revealed on Sunday that it now supports Bitcoin (BTC).

According to the announcement, the iOS Trust Wallet is now SegWit compatible and enables users to Bitcoin through Bech32 (bc1) addresses. The company notes that this functionality will come to Android users within the next 2-3 weeks.
Binance, the world’s most popular cryptocurrency exchange, acquired Trust Wallet in July, emphasizing the quality of the Trust Wallet software which makes it the ideal platform for their mobile expansion.
BTC is currently trading for $3,575 with a $62.28 billion market cap, making it 55% of the $113.1 billion cryptocurrency market.
