WAX (WAX), a blockchain network designed for scalable dapps, recently teased an upcoming collaboration with LA-based pro esports team Immortals on Twitter.

While it’s unclear what the collaboration will entail, Immortals released a number of cryptic images on Twitter and asked fans to vote on their favorite design. Some of these images resemble artwork based on the inside of a computer’s motherboard.

This isn’t the first time that WAX has teamed up with a leader in the esports space. Last January, the project partnered with Fnatic, a London-based esports organization that fields teams in multiple games including Fortnite,¬†CS:GO,¬†League of Legends¬†and¬†Rocket League.¬†

This partnership centered around the release collectibles and merchandise using WAX’s blockchain ecommerce platform.

Immortals recently rejoined the League Championship Series (LCS) for the 2020 season after leaving the League of Legends league in late 2017. The organization also revealed this season’s jersey on Monday.
