Blockade Games’ upcoming blockchain RPG Neon District has officially kicked-off the second week of its 5-week Public Loadout.

This week’s Loadout is focused on the Ceres and Yume corporations and will also include the previous week’s gear, which featured armor and weapons from the Syndicates and The Quarter.

With the launch of the Loadout, Week 2 of Neon District’s pre-launch story is also now available. A new chapter of the pre-story will be released every week through the launch of Season One in December.

As described by Blockade Games, “Neon District: Season One features a full single-player campaign filled with crime syndicates, oracles, cogs, genetic mods, winding plots, and a morally-questionable cast of characters. Play through scores of missions and complete contracts to survive, and you’ll find yourself falling deeper into the dark, seedy reality underlying the powers-that-be within Unity.”

Blockade Games also announced that its Neon District Founders Program will be pushed until November 16. This program will give Founders Keyholders access to Neon District to provide final feedback on the current build (learn more).

In addition to the game updates, Blockade Games CEO Marguerite deCourcelle will be the lone blockchain industry representative at this week’s Cross Industry Innovation Summit hosted by NASA.
